Process
One path, not a catalogue
You have a product in mind but no electronics department in house. We take on the complete path — in six steps, and we stay reachable afterwards.
Intro call and concept
You tell us what the device should do. We tell you what that means technically, where the cost traps are and which standards come into play.
Design
Circuit, PCB and firmware architecture are created together, not one after the other. We select components for long-term availability.
Prototype
We assemble and measure the first build ourselves. No waiting for appointments with third parties, no postal round trip for a correction that takes twenty minutes.
Testing and EMC
On the way to CE conformity, we measure every device ourselves first: EMC pre-compliance in our own shielded tent — for us that is always part of the process. Emissions found early cost a layout change instead of a certification appointment. Whether a test house should additionally test and certify is your decision — we support you on either path.
Pilot run and series
We prepare the production documents so that an assembly house can work with them, and support the supplier enquiries and the first production run. For this we work with series assembly houses — or are happy to take over production management with the assembly house you already use.
Afterwards
Firmware updates in the field — implemented twice, in series production and in clinical use. Updates continue after development is finished — depending on the product and its connectivity remotely, over the air: no technician on site, no device shipped back. A product lives for ten years, not until the series release.
